Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for using BinaxHub responsibly, including lead handling, communications, scraping-related features, security, and prohibited activities.
Effective Date: 13 December 2025
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to the BinaxHub website, platform, and related services (the “Service”). By using BinaxHub, you agree to follow this AUP. If you use BinaxHub on behalf of an agency or company (“Customer”), you confirm you are authorized and the Customer is responsible for all use under its account.
1) Purpose of BinaxHub
BinaxHub is a B2B workflow tool for real estate agencies and agents. It helps manage hot leads (seller leads and buyer/tenant leads), assignments, follow-ups, call center workflows, and internal operations. BinaxHub is not a brokerage and does not control third-party listing sites.
2) Allowed use
You may use the Service only for lawful, professional purposes, including:
- Managing and responding to leads and inquiries
- Assigning leads to agents, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking outcomes
- Using call center tools and internal ERP-style features (tasks, performance, reporting)
- Viewing source links and verifying details on original listing pages
3) Prohibited use (high level)
You must not use BinaxHub to:
- Break any law, regulation, or industry rule
- Send spam, run harassment campaigns, or use deceptive communication
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, database rights, or other rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service
- Misuse scraping/crawling features to bypass restrictions or target prohibited sources
- Collect or share personal data unlawfully
4) Lead handling and communications rules
You are responsible for complying with all local laws and rules related to contacting leads (phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp/IM, and marketing). This includes consent, opt-out/unsubscribe, and “do not contact” requirements where applicable. You must not:
- Call/message people repeatedly in a way that could be considered harassment
- Send bulk messages without proper permission or a lawful basis
- Impersonate someone or misrepresent your identity, agency, or purpose
- Ignore opt-out requests or internal “do not contact” flags
5) Public sources, listings, and content rights
BinaxHub may show links to original listing/ads and may display limited factual fields for workflow purposes. You must not use BinaxHub to copy, republish, or redistribute third-party content (including photos, floorplans, or full descriptions) outside of the permissions granted by the rights holder or the source website. You must:
- Respect third-party site terms and rights reservations
- Use source links for verification and direct context
- Honor takedown/removal requests when you are the one who uploaded content
6) Scraping/crawling and automation rules
If the Service includes crawler/scraper features, you must not use them to:
- Bypass technical measures, access controls, paywalls, or rate limits
- Access systems using stolen credentials or third-party accounts without authorization
- Harvest data in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Run automated actions that degrade third-party sites or the BinaxHub platform
BinaxHub may restrict or disable integrations, sources, or automation methods at any time to reduce legal, security, or operational risk.
7) Security requirements
You must protect your account and access credentials. You must not:
- Share passwords or reuse credentials insecurely
- Sell, rent, or transfer accounts without written permission
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
- Upload malware or use the Service to distribute malicious code
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8) Data protection and sensitive data
You must not store or process sensitive personal data in BinaxHub unless you have a clear legal basis and the feature is intended for that purpose. Sensitive data includes, for example, government IDs, full bank card numbers, health data, or other special-category data. BinaxHub is designed for real estate workflow, not for collecting sensitive data.
9) Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may take action, including:
- Warning or requesting corrective action
- Limiting features (for example, messaging or crawler access)
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Removing content or data (where necessary to protect rights, safety, or compliance)
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will apply from the updated effective date.
