Data Sources, Public Listings & Rights Notice

A detailed explanation of how BinaxHub collects and displays public real-estate information, protects third-party rights, and supports agencies with hot leads without charging the public.

BinaxHub is an all-in-one operational platform for real estate agencies and agents. The platform is designed to make agency workflows smooth and scalable by combining hot lead discovery (seller leads and buyer/tenant leads), CRM automation, call-center tools, ERP-style management (tasks, internal controls, team performance tracking), and AI-assisted automation.

Our purpose is simple: reduce the time agencies spend searching across many websites and sources, reduce missed opportunities, and help agents follow up faster with better internal organization. BinaxHub is not a real-estate marketplace, not a broker, and not a real-estate agent. We do not represent any seller, buyer, tenant, or landlord, and we do not charge them any fees. Agencies and agents subscribe to BinaxHub as a business tool.

This page explains the nature of the third-party information BinaxHub may reference, how that information is shown, what BinaxHub stores, how we respect third-party intellectual property and website rights, how attribution and source linking works, and what to do if you are a rights holder or website operator and want content removed or corrected.

1) Definitions

For clarity, the following definitions apply on this page:

  • “BinaxHub” means the BinaxHub software platform, website, dashboards, and related services.
  • “User” means any agency, broker, agent, employee, or authorized account holder using the platform.
  • “Source Website” means any third-party website from which publicly visible real-estate information may be referenced.
  • “Listing” means a property advertisement or offer (sale/rent) published on a Source Website.
  • “Public Information” means information visible to regular visitors without bypassing access restrictions (no hacking, no paywall bypass, no private account-only areas).
  • “Rights Holder” means the owner of intellectual property or an authorized representative (including Source Website operators).

2) What “public information” means (and what it does not mean)

BinaxHub may reference information that is publicly visible on Source Websites such as real-estate portals, classifieds sites, agency pages, and local listing websites. “Publicly visible” means the information can be accessed by a normal visitor in a standard web browser, without bypassing private logins, without circumventing technical access controls, and without breaking paywalls.

Public visibility does not automatically remove legal protections. Photos, long-form descriptions, floorplans, and curated databases may still be protected by copyright, database rights, trademarks, and/or contractual website terms. BinaxHub is designed to be a workflow accelerator that directs users to original sources, rather than a replacement portal that republishes full content.

3) What BinaxHub displays inside the platform

BinaxHub displays limited listing indicators to help agencies identify opportunities and take action quickly. The platform is designed so that the original listing remains on the Source Website, and BinaxHub acts as an operational layer on top: it identifies, routes, and manages follow-up tasks while providing a direct link back to the source for verification and full details.

Depending on the Source Website, the data elements shown in BinaxHub may include:

  • Source website name and direct listing URL (clickable)
  • City, district/area, and general location text (as displayed publicly)
  • Property type (apartment, villa, office, land, etc.)
  • Basic attributes (rooms, size, floor, features) where published publicly
  • Published price and currency (if shown on the source)
  • Listing reference ID (if available)
  • Public contact indicator (for example a public phone number) where the source displays it
  • Timestamp signals (first seen / last checked) for freshness

BinaxHub may also generate operational fields that are created by the agency (not scraped from sources), such as: lead status, call result, internal tags, agent assignment, follow-up schedules, and performance analytics.

4) Images, media, watermarks, and creative content

BinaxHub does not claim ownership of any third-party photos, videos, floorplans, brochures, logos, trademarks, or marketing materials. Many listing images include watermarks, and BinaxHub does not remove, modify, blur, or hide watermarks.

BinaxHub is designed to avoid copying and republishing protected creative content such as full image galleries, floorplan files, PDF brochures, or full listing descriptions. Where a Source Website provides such content, users should view it directly on the Source Website through the provided link.

5) Storage and retention approach

BinaxHub stores the minimum information required to operate the platform as a workflow tool. This typically includes: source URL references, limited listing indicators, timestamps, and internal agency workflow data (assignments, notes, call logs, tasks). We do not aim to store or build a permanent public “mirror” database of third-party portals.

Retention periods may vary based on account settings, legal requirements, and operational needs. Agencies may also delete records inside BinaxHub according to their own policies. If a rights holder requests removal, BinaxHub may suppress the item from display and reduce stored references where appropriate.

6) Attribution, linking, and non-affiliation

BinaxHub provides attribution by linking back to the Source Website’s original listing page. BinaxHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Source Website unless explicitly stated. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Users must comply with the Source Website’s own policies when they visit it. Any interaction with a Source Website (viewing media, contacting a seller, using a portal account, etc.) is governed by that Source Website’s terms.

7) Accuracy, freshness, and verification

Listings can change or be removed at any time. Prices may be updated, properties may be sold, and contact details may become invalid. BinaxHub cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party information. Users must verify critical details on the Source Website before making decisions or contacting any party.

8) Compliance, acceptable use, and user responsibility

Agencies and agents are responsible for lawful communications and professional conduct. This includes compliance with marketing and privacy laws, consent requirements for calls/SMS/WhatsApp, anti-spam rules, and any licensing obligations applicable to real-estate professionals in their region. BinaxHub is a software tool that supports execution — it does not provide legal advice and does not replace user responsibilities.

9) Requests from Source Websites (operator cooperation)

If you are a Source Website operator and want to discuss indexing, attribution, technical access, frequency of checks, or opt-out options, contact us. BinaxHub can work with reasonable requests to reduce load and support a cooperative approach where possible.

10) Removal requests (Notice & Takedown)

If you are a Rights Holder, Source Website operator, or authorized representative and believe any referenced item in BinaxHub should be removed or suppressed, you may submit a removal request. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required.

To process a request quickly, please include:

  • Your full name and role (Rights Holder / website operator / authorized representative)
  • The exact Source URL(s) and/or BinaxHub reference details
  • A short explanation (copyright concern, rights issue, outdated listing, incorrect info, etc.)
  • Proof of authority if you act for a company or rights owner (if applicable)
  • Your preferred outcome (remove, suppress, correct, or update link)

We may request additional information to confirm authority. Submitting false or misleading claims may result in rejection. Once validated, we aim to take prompt action to remove or suppress the referenced item from display where appropriate.
