BinaxHub (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a workflow tool for real estate agencies and agents. Our platform may reference property listings and lead signals from publicly accessible sources and provides direct links to the original ads. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. All rights remain with their respective owners.

1) What this policy covers

This policy explains:

• How BinaxHub references public listing information
• What we do and do not store or reproduce
• How rights holders can request removal (“takedown”)
• How we handle disputes and repeat issues

2) Third-party content and ownership

Third-party listing pages may contain text, images, logos, trademarks, floor plans, videos, agent names, and other materials that are owned by the original publisher, portal, agency, photographer, or other rights holder. BinaxHub does not acquire ownership rights in any third-party content by referencing it.

3) How BinaxHub uses public listing information

BinaxHub is designed to help agencies work faster by organizing “hot leads” (seller leads and buyer/tenant leads) and linking agents to the original ads for verification. Where available, we may display limited factual fields (for example city/area, property type, price shown, reference ID, and the source URL) and platform workflow fields (status, assignment, notes, follow-ups).

4) Images, watermarks, and hosting

BinaxHub does not claim rights to listing photos or other media. In many cases, images on source sites contain watermarks and remain the property of their owners. Our goal is to direct users to the original ad. If any third-party media appears within the platform, it is shown for reference and is subject to immediate removal upon valid notice from the rights holder.

5) Attribution and links to the source

We provide links to the original listing/ad page whenever available. These links allow agencies and agents to confirm details directly at the source and contact the original advertiser where appropriate.

6) Takedown / removal requests (rights holders)

If you believe content within BinaxHub infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may request removal. Please provide the information below so we can review and act quickly.

A) What to include in your request

• Your full name and contact details (email and phone)
• Proof you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them
• The BinaxHub URL or identifier of the item to remove
• The original source URL (if available) and what rights you own
• A clear description of what you want removed and why
• A statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

B) Our response

We may temporarily disable access to the reported item while we review your request. If your notice is valid, we will remove or suppress the content from the platform.

7) Counter-notice (mistakes and disputes)

If content is removed by mistake, the affected customer or uploader may contact us with supporting information. We may restore content if we reasonably determine the removal was incorrect or unjustified.

8) Repeat issues and abuse of the process

We may restrict access for users or customers who repeatedly submit or distribute infringing content within the platform. We may also take action against abusive or knowingly false takedown requests.

9) Disclaimer

BinaxHub is a software tool that helps agencies manage leads and workflow. Third-party listings can change or be removed at any time. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of third-party content, and we are not affiliated with third-party listing sites unless explicitly stated.
