1) No brokerage, agency, or representation

BinaxHub is a B2B workflow platform built for real estate agencies and their authorized users. BinaxHub is not a real estate broker, agent, property manager, or marketplace. We do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, or any other party, and we do not negotiate, arrange, or finalize transactions.

2) No professional advice

BinaxHub does not provide legal, financial, compliance, tax, or regulated real-estate advice. Any templates, automation, rankings, scoring, prioritization, or AI-assisted suggestions (if enabled) are provided for operational convenience only. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying all outputs and for making your own decisions.

3) “As is” and “as available”

BinaxHub helps agencies manage workflow and respond faster, but we do not guarantee lead intent, responsiveness, conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or business results. Any results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, the agency’s processes, and response time.

6) Third-party sources, sites, and links

The Service may include links to third-party websites (including original listing pages). BinaxHub does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, security, practices, or actions. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

7) Communications and compliance responsibility

Customers and their users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and rules when contacting leads (phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp/IM, and marketing). This includes obtaining any required consent, honoring opt-out requests, and following “do not contact” requirements where applicable.
